From the moment I contacted Dian Topper at Autotops I was assisted promptly and efficiently. I was enquiring about a car on their floor. He really felt like my personal assistant. He produced every document I needed, and much more. There were photos of the engine, undercarriage, tyres, service history. They run reports on all their cars that give you peace of mind and they do the roadworthy and attend to that before you buy. He was patient and understanding as I was transferring a large amount of my money to them and was very concerned as I had not even seen the car. All checks on their company came up compliant and verified by the bank. They also delivered the car to Swellendam for me. The driver was a careful, polite gentlemen Wilfred who I can also recommend. There was a technical error on the way down. It was sorted and paid for by Autotops in Swellendam. I can certainly recommend Dian and Darryl his Dad in every way. They are both an example of how customer service should be today. I even received a surprise gift from them for buying my Automatic Jimny. Recently purchased a 2018 Renault Duster, Dian was great through the whole process. I very much appreciated that the Dekra and roadworthy along with any fixes were done before the car was put on the market. I think it took about 3 days from contacting Autotops and having the keys in my hand. Had a bad experience with another dealership where after more than 2 weeks the vehicle was not ready for pick up and ended up canceling the purchase. So being able to quickly get finance and buy the Duster was greatly appreciated before a big road trip.
